DSI GOES TO HOLLYWOOD AT 2016 LICENSING AUTOMATION SUMMIT

Ask any Hollywood studio, and they will tell you a big slice of their revenue pie comes from licensing.  To kick of its annual Licensing Automation Summit, Dependable Solutions Inc. (DSI) will take attendees to one of Hollywood’s best-known film and television studios to celebrate this year’s Summit theme, “Lights, Camera, Action!”  A must-attend event for licensors, licensees and agents alike. The weekday Summit will take place at the Hotel Amarano in Burbank, California on April 18-20.

Each spring DSI welcomes customers around the globe to sunny California to learn, share, network and optimize their licensing processes.  Dependable Solutions users garner tools to take their automated licensing programs to the next level with the help of DSI professionals and top users discussing best practices, software capabilities, and scenarios in the licensing industry.

In line with the theme of “Lights, Camera, Action!” and its location in what Johnny Carson used to refer to cheekily as “beautiful downtown Burbank,” the Summit will open on April 18 with a VIP tour of Warner Bros. Studios.  Participants can glimpse the behind-the-scenes magic of some of the most popular films and television shows, from Harry Potter and Batman to Friends and The Big Bang Theory.  The studio tour will be followed by dinner and cocktails.

Tuesday, April 19 begins two days of educational sessions focusing on interactive presentations and panel discussions.  Session topics will include: Enhancing the use of Business Intelligence Tools, Techniques to Help Streamline Workflow Processes, plus tips to build a more cohesive partnership among licensees, licensors and/or agents, to name a few.
